The society’s journal SKAS

The  Society for Medieval Archaeology in Finland publishes a biannual journal SKAS, featuring scientific articles, reviews of books and other publications, as well as other texts related to medieval and historical archaeology. The journal includes also information about the operation of the society and about seminars and events related to medieval archaeology.

In 2017, the journal was granted a right to use The Federation of Finnish Learned Societies’ Label for peer-reviewed scholarly publications.
